Message	Just want to get some of your opinions here. I received on offer on an item I was selling and we proceeded to complete the deal. He told me that he would not have the full amount for another two weeks but was going to give me a 15% deposit in good faith. He contacted me today and said that he no longer can purchase the item and wants his deposit back. I passed up three other offers in between time. Should I refund the deposit?
